You can indeed have a Wraithknight as your warlord.

You can take up to 5 Spiritseers in one HQ slot.

Yes, there is some new art.

The background section is very large, quite interesting as well.

Yes Saunders, there is a few pages of background set post-Kraken. This includes actions against Orks and the Tau. Also details the internal political climate between Iyanna and Yriels factions as they try sort out what to do after the bug invasion.

One faction believes its better to burn out, than to fade away. The other thinks Iyanden can rise from the ashes.

The Bonesingers state that if they were to rebuild Iyanden to its pre-Kraken state, it would take about 1000 years.

Yriels faction wants to continue the fight against chaos, even though it would lead to the demise of the craftworld. They essentially believe that Iyanden is already doomed regardless.

Iyanna believes in an ancient prophecy which would essentially bring about a rebirth of Iyanden and a new day for the Eldar as a whole.

There is a blurb at the end, which involves a Shadowseer who shows Yriel that there may yet be some hope...

About 7 different houses are noted. Main difference being the runes. Only slight variation on the pattern of the existing yellow/blue color scheme. Nothing groundbreaking.

No rules for Iyanna. But...(see below)

Edit: ok the above isn't strictly true; there are two scenarios you can use her in. She's just a free upgrade to a spiritseer and gives you ML3. Can't use her in regular games.

Voice of Twilight: WC2
Blessing. Gives all friendly wraithguard, wraithblade, wraithlord and wraithknight models within 12" Battle Focus and Furious Charge.

Pretty nasty imo, but doesn't entirely make up for lack of conceal/reveal.

Warlord traits:
1 D3 re-rolls per game for the walord
2 Warlord and all units within 12" have FnP (6+)
3 Warlord and his unit have hatred
4 Warlord has the spirit mark rule. if he already has it he can mark 2 units per turn.
5 Warlord and his unit has +1 to deny the witch rolls
6 Warlord may re-roll failed saves. loses the ability once he suffers and unsaved wound

Celestial Lance
6" S8 AP2 Assault 1, Lance, Spirit Shatter (If it kills a character or MC, place the large blast marker over the slain model and all units (friend and foe) suffer a hit at the slain units toughness with AP -)
S+3 AP2 Melee, Impact, Lance, Spirit Shatter

Soulshrive
S3 AP2 Melee, Mastercrafted, Spiritstealer (+1S to every unsaved wound caused earlier in the game)

Wraithforge Stone
During each of your movement phases, nominate a single wraithknight/wraithlord within 6". On a 3+ they gain a lost wound.

Guardian Helm
Always passes LoS rolls in units of wraithguard/wraithblades and wraithguard/wraithblade models can accept challenges if in the same unit.

Spear of Teuthlas (psyker only) -------Iyannas weapon!!!!
18" S9 AP - Assault 1, Fleshbane, Rending
SUser Ap - Melee, Armourbane, Fleshbane, Rending

The lance affects friendlies but not the bearer when it detonates someone.

1) An Iyanden player may opt to take a Wraithlord or Wraithknight as a warlord, even though they are not HQ choices.
2) Up to 5 Spiritseers may be taken under a single HQ slot, referred to as a Shadow Council.
3) Gifts of Asuryan are a set of relic wargear items that replace the Remnants of Lost Glory from the Eldar codex. For each character who may purchase items from the Remnants list, the player may opt to instead purchase from the Gifts of Asuryan list. A character may not purchase from both lists. Included in this list is the Celestial Lance and Wraithforge Stone (rules unknown)
3) There is a new warlord table for Iyanden players. Included in the 1 slot is "A Hero for Ages Past and Future," which entails rolling a d3. The result allows that many rerolls to to-hit, to-wound, armor penetration, or armor saves over the course of the game to the warlord.
4) Spiritseers that roll from the Runes of Battle psychic powers table replace the primaris "Conceal/Reveal" with "Voice of Twilight" (rules unknown)
5) There are three new Altar of War missions and five scenarios depicting pivotal battles in Iyanden's history. Included in the Altar of War missions is "Feints and Phantoms" and "Webway Assault," whilst "Yriel's Return" is a part of the historical scenarios (termed 'Echoes of War'). There also appears to be some sort of world spirit defense scenario against Chaos Daemons.
6) There are new Cities of Death and Planetstrike strategems available for Iyanden players.

Wargear:
*Celestial Lance - 35pts
This crystal lance was once borne by Drastanta, Tempest of Starlight and Phoenix Lord of the Shining Spears. Alas, Drastanta was ever over-proud and much given to needless lone battles. Drastanta came late to Asurmen's final stand and found his mentor already fallen before the foul might of the Keeper of Secrets N'kari. Keening with rage and sorrow, Drastanta slew the Daemon, the energies of the lance shattering the creature's vile spirit. Drastanta emerged from the fires of Asure where his mentor had not, but he soon vanished into the tumult of the war-torn galaxy. In the centuries since his final recorded battle, the Celestial Lance has passed from shrine to shrine and craftworld to craftworld, the better to keep alive the tales...

*The Wraithforge Stone - 30pts
This was once the waystone of the long dead Bonesinger Ivaril Brightshard. It was Ivaril who aided Mehlendri Silversoul in adapting the infinity circuit into a soul reservoir, and Iyanden has never known a more skilled shaper than he. Ivaril's soul has long since departed into the infinity circuit, but legend tells that the echo of it remains in the Wraithforge Stone and allows its bearer to manipulate wraithbone into new forms just as Ivavril once did.

*During each of your Movement phases, nominate a single Wraithlord or Wraithknight within 6" of the bearer and roll a D6. On a roll of a 1 or 2 nothing happens. On a...

*Warlords - When choosing an Iyanden army, you can choose one Wraithlord or Wraithknight to be your Warlord, even though it is not an HQ choice.

*Shadow Council - Iyanden army may take up to 5 Spirit Seers as a single HQ choice, rather than 1.

*Gifts of Asuryan - Any character in your army that may select Remants of Glory, may instead select from Gifts of Asuryan presented opposite, as the points cost shown. A character cannot choose items from both lists. Note the Wraithforge Stone and Guardian Helm of Xallathon do not replace a weapon.

*Spiritseer Psychic Powers - Any Iyanden Spiritseer that generates his psychic powers from the Runes of Battle discipline treats Voice of Twilight (see below) as their Primaris Power, rather than Conceal/Reveal

*Warlord Traits - An Iyanden Warlord may roll on the Warlord Traits table presented here, instead of those in the Warhammer 40,000 rulebook or Codex: Eldar.

*1 A Hero For Ages Past and Future - This is a soul of peerless lineage, its every deed a redoubled echo of forebears long dead.

Rolle a D3; the Warlord can make this many re-rolls over the course of the game. These re-rolls can be used for To Hit rolls, To Wound rolls, Armour Penetration rolls and saving throws.

The Webway Assault scenario (which has a full page at the end of the digital eldar codex) mentions that you must take primary detachments from codex eldar but can use the additional rules from the Iyanden book.

The sample of Iyanden is in iTunes now, so I'm downloading it- I'll share if there is any additional info.

Ok, there is a lot of background and images but The Phoenix Rising chapter has the rules (and a lot of unnecessary explanation (tutorial) for 'how to use' spiritseers and ghost warriors. Apparently Spirit Mark is important. Who knew?

Anyway, as far as rules goes, the chapter mentions the following in the introductory blurb:
The Army of Iyanden "alterations and additions to the rules in Codex: Eldar to transform [your eldar army] into a warhost worhty of Iyanden Craftworld"
Cities of death Stratagems
Planetstrike Stratagems
Echoes of War 5 missions that recreate pivotal battles from Iyandens history
Altar of War 3 additional missions that you can use in any game of 40k which reflect the unique tactics employed by Iyanden's warhosts.

The details on what the rule alterations are, unsurprisingly, are not in the sample.

Anyway, there are apparently 3 other 'chapters' though one is the introduction. Second is The Light in the Darkness, which is Craftworld's history, and includes a bit on the Ghost Halls. Third is the Gallery, the Hosts of Iyanden. Lead picture for this chapter is an Iyanden warhost (that spiritseer conversion above is from this pic), there is also a Titan in the background and two wraithknights- they are all on different levels, and foreground/background muddies the scale a bit. But I will say that the Titan looks _terrible_ in comparison to the wraithknights. Very little detail and blocky.

Oh, yeah, the Iyanden digital version is listed as 121 pages, but for those unfamiliar with the digital books, the page count is quite different. The digital eldar codex is 214 pages (of course, the iyanden supplement is $10 less), as opposed to the print version which is 104 pages. So a print Iyanden book (if there is one) would be about 60 pages
